Cancellation Policy
At Aakritii, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled and the applicable refund process.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to our logistics partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
To request an order cancellation, customers should contact our Customer Support Team immediately with their Order ID and registered contact details.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Orders that have already been shipped generally cannot be cancelled.
If the customer no longer wishes to keep the product after delivery, they may request a return only if the product is eligible under our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.
3. Cancellation by Aakritii
Aakritii reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Product is out of stock.
- Pricing or typographical errors.
- Incorrect product information.
- Payment authorization failure.
- Suspected fraudulent transaction.
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Delivery location is not serviceable.
- Technical or operational issues.
If an order is cancelled by Aakritii after successful payment, the customer will receive a full refund for the amount paid.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated through the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds are generally processed within [5–10 BUSINESS DAYS] after cancellation approval.
The actual credit timeline depends upon the customer's bank, payment gateway, or payment service provider.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our Customer Support Team.
Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in temporary or permanent restriction of the COD payment option for the customer.
6. Cancellation Charges
Generally, Aakritii does not charge cancellation fees for orders cancelled before dispatch.
However, if any special handling, customized products, express delivery, or other exceptional services have already been initiated, cancellation charges may apply.
Any applicable charges will be communicated to the customer before processing the cancellation.
7. Customized or Personalized Products
Orders placed for customized, personalized, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Such orders are also generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
8. Promotional & Discount Orders
Orders placed during promotional campaigns, flash sales, clearance sales, or special discount events remain subject to this Cancellation Policy.
However, certain promotional items may carry additional cancellation restrictions, which will be mentioned on the product page or during checkout.
9. Force Majeure
Aakritii shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to process cancellations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, cyber incidents, or other force majeure events.
